Amy’s journey at Angel Gyms started unexpectedly.

 

She wasn’t always someone who enjoyed working out, but everything changed after she began training with Tilly.

 

Amy admits that she hadn’t been inside a gym for about eight years before Angel Gyms and struggled to stay consistent with her workouts.

So we introduced her to our trainer Tilly.

Amy’s favourite exercises, hip thrusts and squats are tough, but they’re where she’s seen the most progress.

"I have a very strong love-hate relationship with hip thrusts and squats. They're hard, but they’re a lot of fun."

Amy’s experience at Angel Gyms has been about more than just lifting weights. Her training has significantly improved her confidence and mental health.
