Tilly is a lively trainer with a depth of experience in the fitness industry. She has continued to grow her skills and knowledge in doing additional studies in pre and post natal care and strength & conditioning with a special interest in sports and women’s health.
Coming from a sporting background in Sydney, Australia, Tilly is able to draw on those skills developed throughout her athletic career to develop training sessions of all levels from beginner to advanced. She also employs an array of training styles including strength, functional and mobility, heloing clients reach beyond their fitness goals of transformations, power and flexibility.
